Safe Recruitment: All staff, contractors, and volunteers undergo enhanced DBS checks and rigorous vetting to ensure suitability for working with children. Clear Reporting Procedures: We maintain robust policies and procedures for reporting, recording, and responding to safeguarding concerns swiftly and effectively.
